Read before you Think

In reaction of my explanation the title of my vlogs: Think, Talk, Walk I got me a lot of nice reactions & comments.

Several reactions came with this quote from Fran (Frances Ann) Lebowitz born October 27, 1950) is an American author, public speaker, and actor.

Her quote is: “Think before you speak, Read before you think”.

Although the title of my vlogs: Think, Talk, Walk sounds nice and fluent. Fran is right, you need to: We need to Read before we think. “Read before you Think, Think before you Talk and Talk while you Walk”.

To talk without thinking is to shoot without aiming.

You need to Read first, but with the mindset of:

R – REFLECTING, about what you read

E – ENGAGING your values

A – ACTIVE your potential

D – DRIVE your chain of recurrent actions.

Then after reading but before you Talk: You THINK by

T, is it TRUE?

H, is it HELPFUL?

I, is it INSPIRING?

N, is it NECESSARY?

K, is it KIND?

Test it for your self What was the last book you read, that made you reflect, engage, activate your potential and got you energy to drive your chain of actions. When you talked about the book, is it true, helpful, inspiring, necesarry and kind.
